• — Other delivery costs depend on parcel size, destination and available carrier service.
• — We confirm the delivery charge and estimated timing before payment is completed.

All parcels are insured to full value. If a doll arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for import duties, taxes or carrier charges. We will not present these as prepaid unless this is expressly confirmed for your order.
