Our 30-day policy is subject to the eligibility and exclusions below and does not affect your statutory UK consumer rights.
Eligibility
Dolls must be unused, undressed only with care, and returned in their original packaging with the certificate of authenticity within 30 days of delivery.
Final sale items
Numbered limited editions and bespoke commissions are final sale, as they are created for a single collector.
How to start a return
Email blissbabies46@gmail.com with your order number. We will send a return label and instructions within one working day.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the doll arriving back in the studio, less return postage.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We cover return postage and either repair, replace or refund in full.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces the rights you have under UK consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
